Yes, I’m asking the question again, but this time in a literal sense. Sure, I’ll have my books in tow, so maybe a new photo or two next week.
Life is playing its game and has me scattered in more directions than I’d like. So much so that I’ve cancelled a fly fishing trip. Yes, it’s that important!
I’m finding a bit of time to work on my soon-to-be-released poetry book. Edits and formatting are nearly done, illustrations now being put on pages (Thanks, April J. Moore.) Here’s a sneak peak of one her drawings below. You can read the poem A Letter Home on ReadWave.com by CLICKETY-CLICKING HERE.
Three of the poems from Echoes: Reflections Through Poetry and Verse will also appear in Torrid Literature Journal in 2015.
Finally exploring the album/CD “Ceremonials” by Florence + the Machine. I find her voice captivating.
Look for 5 new listings of first lines on Friday. Be sure to send me yours if you’d like them included on future Friday.
Are you finding yourself scattered like the leaves of fall? What do you do to ground yourself again?
